  • Crosswalk.com: The Crosswalk Bible Study Tools/Online Study LibraryŠ is "designed to be a resource that facilitates in-depth study and exploration of God's Word and that fosters a desire to learn more about the Bible and how it applies to our lives. " At the core of the Bible Study Tools are several cross-indexed topical and dictionary resources: Nave's Topical Bible, Easton's Bible Dictionary, Torrey's New Topical Textbook, and Hitchcock's Bible Names Dictionary. Searchable Bible includes NRSV, NIV, and many others.
  • Bible Gateway: online searchable Bible in the RSV, NIV, NASB, KJV, Darby, YLT, ASV, plus other languages. Unique search engine. Part of gospelcom.
  • Five Gospels Parallels: An HTML presentation of the Five Gospels. It does not offer the same level of detail as a printed synopsis. Its advantage is that it allows more "play" than a printed synopsis and that it presents the materials in the same order as the canonical Gospels.
  • World-Wide Study Bible: Sermons, commentary and biblical studies indexed for the entire Bible.
  • NET Bible Project: by the Biblical Studies Foundation. "The NET Bible (New English Translation) is a completely new translation of the Bible. It is being completed by more than twenty biblical scholars who are working directly from the best currently available Hebrew, Aramaic, and Greek texts. The translation project originally started as an attempt to provide an electronic version of a modern translation for electronic distribution over the Internet and on CD-Rom. Anyone anywhere in the world with an Internet connection will be able to use and print out the NET Bible without cost for personal study. In addition, anyone who wants to share the Bible with others can print unlimited copies and give them away free to others."
  • International Bible Society: Many online Bibles in translations from around the world, plus a variety of "background music" to download and other goodies.
  • Audio Bible: Listen to the KJV Version of the Bible as your surf. Requires RealAudio
  • Apocryphal Writings: Access the Old and New Testament Apocryphal and Pseudepigraphical Writings in the RSV Version.
  • Sermons and Sermon Lectionary Resources: by Rev. Richard Fairchild. Simply the best "metasite" out there. An extensive, lovingly maintained collection of links related to all aspects of preaching. Bookmark it; you'll be there often.

An amazing site which provides links to a wealth of material on each of the lectionary passages, plus many valuable links to general worship, preaching, and biblical studies sites.
