	Becoming Colleagues: Women and Men Working Together is a new resource by Carol Becker. In it she explores what makes intentional mixed gender teams effective. Erin Cox-Holmes and Wayne Yost were selected as one of the six teams featured in the book. We have a copy available in the resource center or you can order yours at amazon.com.
	A new Authorized Lay Preacher (ALP)/Commissioned Lay Pastor (CLP) class will begin in the Fall of 2000. This 3 year training program is sponsored by the presbytery of Kiskiminetas in conjunction with 7 other presbyteries and Pittsburgh Theological Seminary. Courses are held at Westminster College one Friday evening/all day Saturday per month in the fall and spring. Winter Term training is offered here in the presbytery. 	What's New With the Waldensian Partnership? The Presbytery of Kiskiminetas and the District I Waldensian Churches in Italy are still active. Just recently, we obtained a new contact person in District I and her name is Rev. Daniela Di Carlo.
