In accordance with the Rules of Discipline (D-5.0101) there shall be a Permanent Judicial Commission to consist of four ministers and three ruling elders. The term of office
shall be for six years in classes as nearly equal as possible. The commission shall select a Moderator and Clerk from among its members at its first meeting each year. No
person who has served a full term of six years shall be eligible for reelection until he/she has been out of office for at least four years.
