The Committee on Ecclesiastical Affairs shall be composed of three elders and three ministers, and shall have responsibility for maintaining the history of the Presbytery,for conducting the annual Session records review, and for preparing and recommending to Presbytery action on Overtures and Proposed Amendments to and from the
Synod or General Assembly.
